In this landscape, there is an old rail yard. Near the train depot, there are train cars and an old track. Across from the train depot, there are refueling pumps and railroad signal lights near some more old tracks. Adjacent to the rail yard, there are power lines. The rail yard is surrounded by a wooded area which is along the Swannanoa River.

Full description of the media: To create this painting, she drew a sketch of the scene with graphite, employed long and thin, short and thick, short and thin brushstrokes of acrylic to paint it, and finally employed a black paint pen to highlight some parts of the railroad signal lights, power lines, train cars and depot, and refueling pumps.
